For clients and athletes looking for remote training and online programming, our trainers can help you with your goals. All of our programs include an over the phone evaluation where we design a custom program tailored to your needs. We’ll assess how many days you’re open to committing, evaluate movement patterns to understand your strengths and weaknesses, and what equipment you have available to you. This allows the individual to train at their own pace at their own desired location, but with the professional guidance of our team.

What are the benefits of remotetraining compared to in-person

Online training allows you to have one of our coaches guide you virtually with a custom program that is designed for you and y our goals. The major benefit of online programming is the cost, as it is significantly cheaper than in person training.

An additional benefit include getting to follow the program at your own pace and desired location. If Elite Strength Lab is far but want to work with one of our trainers, this allows you access to what we offer. You just need to let us know what equipment you have access to, and we will build around what is available. 

How much access do ihave to my coach?

Your online coach is there to make adjustments to your program, answer any fitness related questions, as well as evaluating your form through videos. There is no limits on how often you can reach out to your coach, we just ask for some patience on our response time.
