Certification doesn’t mean everything. All of our trainers have a minimum of a B.S. in kinesiology, on top of other certifications. We provide an evidence based approach to fitness that allows us to adapt to the most unique requirements of every individual.

We are constantly learning and growing to keep up to date on the latest research so we can answer your questions with data and not outdated misinformation.

Strength comes from all shapes and sizes. Elite Strength Lab strives to help our clients and athletes find their version of strength how they define it. We celebrate all victories, whether it is squatting for the first time pain free or hitting a personal record of 500lbs. What’s important is that you feel powerful and capable in your body.
