Who is this training for?

This is intended for athletes and clients coming back from injury post rehabilitation with a medical professional, those focused on preventing injury, individuals getting ready for surgery, or people wanting to build strength and coordination to reduce pain. 

How do I know if thisis the right fit for me?

Moving pain free is something that is often taken for granted. If you fall into the category of not having an injury but still have some nagging pain, this might be the right training for you. Correcting muscle imbalances, building a stronger core, and addressing asymmetries are just some of the few ways that allow our bodies to move effectively without pain. Prehab is also a preventative measure that can be taken to proactively reduce the risk of injuries.

how does your backgroundhelp with these goals?

We are NOT replacing proper medical expertise! With all of our trainers having a kinesiology foundation (along with some pursing further education in rehabilitation fields) we are confident that the right exercise protocol will help you with your injuries. This training is meant for those who are finished with physical therapy and chiropractic programs and are unsure how to continue the progress they’ve made. This training is also meant for those looking to reduce their risk of future injuries.
