I can't say enough about Elite Strength Lab and the head trainer, Julian. I am an aspiring professional football athlete and have worked with a lot of high quality strength and conditioning coaches at every level, and Julian is nothing short. He knows what he's doing, is always open to learning more, constantly growing, and not stubborn in his ways. I think that's what's going to make him great.
I started coming to Elite Strength Lab just over a year ago and can honestly say that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have to highlight my trainer, Jordan! He has a talent for making the gym a fun experience while being sensitive and empathetic to the mental/emotional side of training. I compete in Muay Thai and have been training with Nathan and Julian for a couple years now. The team already had a lot of knowledge to begin with, but I appreciate that they continue to learn about my sport and sport specific exercises. They have a watchful eye and will make sure that your focus is fully there with every rep, which is important because lifting can easily become a habit of just going through the motion. I've been working out at Elite Strength Lab for over two years and have enjoyed the process from the very beginning. The trainers focus on your health and not just the number on the scale.
