What is the facilitiy like?

Our facility has all the foundational equipment needed to help a wide range of clients and athletes reach their goals. Elite Strength Lab is focused on having functional equipment and free weights, that allow people to learn how to move their body's properly.

Elite Strength Lab has the fundamental equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, cables machines, and suspension trainers. We also have specialty equipment, such as macebells, clubbells, magnetic resisted sleds, and more.

What should I expect from a consultation?

One of our trainers will reach out and call you to discuss your needs and goals, as well as answer any questions you may have. It's important that our team feels confident that Elite Strength Lab is the right fit for you and that you feel the same.

Helping you reach your goals is the most important factor! We do not accept clientele and athletes if we feel like our trainers' approach and methods misaligns with what you are looking for.

If you choose to continue with booking your first session, the trainer will help you over the phone on scheduling.

Can we come use the gym on our own during open hours?

Unfortunately our private gym is by appointment only. So clients will have to have an appointment with a trainer to workout at the facility. This ensures less crowding and gives people the privacy they come here for when they have sessions.

Do you work with all ages?

We work with all ages of clients and athletes. We do require parent/guardians to be present with minors for the first 3 sessions and to sign the waivers.

Our team has the background, certifications, and education to work with athletes through their development from beginner all the way to professional level.

It's also never too late to start strength training. Our trainers have experience working with the geriatric population, focusing on balance training, building strength, and maintaining mobility. Exercise is a key component to a healthy lifestyle at all ages.

Is there free onsite parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at our location.

What are your trainers qualifications?

All of our trainers have their own unique background and qualifications for training. All of our trainers have at least a bachelor's in kinesiology. Other credentials our trainers hold/pursing include doctorate's in chiropractic and physical therapy assistant license.

Some of our trainers also hold the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by NSCA, an esteemed certification in the sports performance realm.

With each trainer's distinctive specialties, our team has a broad spectrum of clients and athletes that we are ready to serve.

Do you offer group classes?

We currently do not offer group classes. However, we love working with partner/small group sessions if you are interested in bringing a friend (or two). Please feel free to inquire about those options.
