Love this place. ESL creates such a fun, welcoming community that makes it exciting to train every week. I’ve been working with Julian and his attentiveness and dedication to the gym make him an exceptional trainer. He really listens to your needs and curates the perfect program to help you reach your goals. Whether it’s muscle gain, weight cuts, martial arts, or sports, he’s got an abundance of knowledge to help you get where you want to be. As a martial artist, I can say my kicks have gotten stronger and my punch speed has increased from my work with Julian. 10/10 would recommend to any person.

I started coming to Elite Strength Lab just over a year ago and can honestly say that it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I first contacted them for more info about training, Julian reached out to me on the phone right away and was extremely kind and professional. He made the process of getting started easy and low-pressure–none of the salesman vibes you get at big gyms trying to sell memberships.You can’t go wrong with any of the trainers here, but I have to highlight my trainer Jordan! He has a real talent for making the gym a fun experience while being sensitive and empathetic to the mental/emotional side of training. Prior to finding Elite Strength Lab, my relationship with fitness was very negative and insecure. Jordan has helped change that by teaching me so many brand new skills in the gym and allowing me to discover strengths/capabilities I didn’t know I had.All in all, training at Elite Strength Lab has been a supportive, comfortable, and transformative experience for me–I recommend it for anyone wanting to invest in their physical and mental health.

I used to compete in Division 1 college track and field, and whenever I felt like I needed some additional strength work outside of team practices, I would schedule something with Julian. I still go to him now just for general fitness and to stay in shape.It was always so interesting to see the similarities in Julian’s workouts for me and the strength and conditioning coaches at my university. Julian utilizes the most up-to-date information, straight from kinesthetic academia. From season to season, my work with Julian would be modified slightly based on a new study that came out from a top university or even work that he or his peers have done in their own graduate research.I would highly recommend anyone to work with Elite Strength Labs, whether they are just trying to lose weight, or are already an elite athlete.

To be honest, I was hesitant to reach out to a private gym because I didn’t know what to expect. From the first phone call, Julian was super accommodating and understanding of my situation. My trainer was Jordan and he was super knowledgeable about exercises specifically for lower back pain. I learned a lot in the short amount of time I was there. I will definitely keep in touch for any future sessions. Appreciate the gang at Elite Strength Lab!

Elite Strength Lab is super clean, motivating, and great at helping you achieve your custom goals. My trainer, Julian, has helped me lift stronger, shed excess weight, and even has gotten creative by incorporating boxing into our workout. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience during my training sessions working with Nathan. His passion, experience and knowledge really shows during his trainings. ESL is also a very welcoming workout environment and Nathan really motives you to keep on going! I definitely recommend this place for those trying to get back into shape and gain a great knowledge base for your workout sessions.

I’ve been working with Julian for over two years and have enjoyed the process from the very beginning. He focuses on your health and not just the number on the scale. Because of that, I’ve been more consistent with my workouts, have improved my cardio, and increased my overall strength. I’ve worked with trainers in the past who pay little attention to your form and it allows me to appreciate the stark difference in the detail he explains.Aside from the actual training, Julian (and all the trainers here) creates a welcoming environment. My husband and I like how Elite Strength Lab has a warm community where we can feel comfortable and get to meet new friends. This makes the fitness journey more enjoyable. And when something is enjoyable, it’s something that you can continue for a long time. Thank you ESL for helping me adopt a healthy sustainable lifestyle/mindset, because health is more than just numbers.

Been going here for a couple months now and feeling stronger with each session. Nathan has been such an amazing coach! Nathan, never cease to fail me with each workout. Every workout session builds on top of one another and definitely keeps me on my toes. Nathan definitely caters to you needs and put his focus on each workout. He is super creative with his workout. Definitely brings his A game and helping me maximize my workout ethics. I highly recommend Nathan and this gym!
